All designs, prints, artworks, drawings, images and proofs produced are the absolute property and copyright of h.studio. Under no circumstances can this work be used, reproduced or imitated in any way or purpose, whether physical or digital.

printing

All final designs, prints, artworks, drawings, images and proofs will be solely printed by h.studio - this is to retain quality of our design work. Please note we reduce the file size for easier transferring via email. Please be aware that artwork is not set up for print and will appear at a lower resolution. Under no circumstances must this work be printed by anyone other than h.studio.

shipping

It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email with tracking information (excluding sample packs). We take every care in packaging your goods, however, we have no control over your parcel once it is with the postal service. Please note that we are not liable for any delays, damages or losses caused during transit. In the unlikely occasion, and although it has never occurred, we are not responsible for refunding or re-shipping lost orders by the postal service.

refunds

Due to the highly customised nature of our services, we are unable to accept refunds. While all care is taken , h.studio can not accept responsibility for errors that are present in an approved proof by the client. Therefore, the client will be responsible for the cost of the reprint.

Please ensure you choose carefully and ensure the correct product is chosen, as we cannot accept refunds for a change of mind.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund.

approval

Please note that stationery orders are not confirmed and secured into our schedule until we have received your deposit. The deposit payment is non-refundable.

The design stage will not commence until you have sent us your wording form. Once you are completely happy with your design, printing production will not commence until you have made remaining payment.

colours

Colours presented on our website and in digital proofs are an indication only. Please note that colours can appear different between screens and when printed.

designs and proofing

For semi-custom orders, you will receive 3 rounds of revisions, thereafter will incur an extra fee.

Bespoke orders are charged a bespoke design fee. This fee includes unlimited revisions and the design customised to your liking. The fee varies depending on the level of design required. After your design is created, please note that it may become a semi-custom design option on our website (fixed design).

All designs, prints, artworks, drawings, images and proofs produced are the sole property and copyright of h.studio. Please thoroughly check that everything is correct on your final digital proofs. Once in production stage, changes are unable to be made. The client is responsible for the cost of the re-print if there is an error with the design and/or wording that has been approved by the client, or for any change of mind.

availability

Please be mindful that we cannot guarantee stock of customisation options at the time of your order. This includes paper types, colours, or envelope colours presented on our website. If an option that you are after is not available, you will be notified and presented with alternative options.

publication

Should images of work created by h.studio be published in any form, whether print or online (including social media), h.studio must be correctly credited.

We retain the right to post your wedding and event stationery on our social media, website, or any advertising material, and we may use your stationery as samples after the event has commenced. We always ensure that no personal information is visible. If we post imagery of your stationery prior to your wedding date, the date will be obscured. Samples will only be used after the wedding date and if no personal information is presented on the sample. If you have an issue with us doing any of the above, please communicate this prior. 

pricing and payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to alter prices in the event of changes such as supplier price increases or tax changes that come into effect. 

timeframes

Our timeframes are an indication only. Timeframes are dependent on the time of year and capacity at the time. It is important to note that design revisions and delay in responses, feedback, approval and payment may also delay your stationery order. It is your responsibility to order in advance.

hire items

Any items hired through h.studio must be returned the week following the event, unless organised prior. A bond will be charged as part of your hireage fee. In the event where items are returned late, damaged or lost, your bond fee will not be refunded.
